Welcome to the Electronic Service Request System for Information Systems and Technologies. In this system you can request and view the status of technical assistance requests. If you want to fill out a service request or know the status of one previously made, enter your Active Directory System account (the same as the Intranet / Employee Portal and WIFI) and your password. Please contact us at ext. 1244, 1245 or 1064 for technical assistance with your account of the aforementioned system, in case you have any access difficulties.
